The space is in a secure underground garage underneath the apartment block, Chester Court. Entrance to the garage is by bleeper. The location is just North of the Marylebone Road and there is a bus (C2) outside the building. Nearest Tube stations are GREAT PORTLAND STREET and REGENT'S PARK. I live in Italy but the caretaker has a bleeper and key to the garage for a prospective tenant.
