The space is ideal if you are visiting Liverpool for the day, as a starting point for your overseas holiday or attending one of the famous football stadiums for a fixture.

LFC (Liverpool Football Club) and EFC (Everton Football Club) are a £7 taxi ride away and in the opposite direction, Liverpool John Lennon Airport is a £10 taxi ride, taking 12-15 minutes.

The house is a 7 minute walk from Broadgreen Rail Station. There are good rail and bus links into Liverpool as well as outward to Manchester, Wigan and Preston. The bus links will also take you directly to Liverpool John Lennon International Airport.

Its a quiet street which doesn't attract traffic unless you need to visit an address therein.
