The area for rental is the old driveway for my garage which has now been demolished.

The area is currently available for the forseeable future yet I intend to eventually fence the area off and extend my garden.

Room for two cars to park easily during weekdays for easy access to the city centre with plenty of passing traffic and pedestrians.

Ideal for a burger van or hot dog stand for match days with approximately 5,000 people passing by!

Excellent lighting at night and plenty of passing traffic and pedestrians during the day.

My kids are happy to wash your vehicle for a small donation, if equired, they asked me to add!!
