2 Mins From Hastings Seafront, High Street+castle#P10728

I am the owner of Flat 2, 29 Wellington Square, Hastings, TN34 1PN and am looking to rent out the car parking space that comes with my flat as it's not in use. It's located at the rear of the flat. Benefits include:

-The space is in a prime central location, 2 minute walk from Hastings high street and the seafront, 10 minute walk from the train station and very close to the historic castle.

-Car Parking permits are required in Wellington Square and cost £75 for a year with no guarantee of a space. Often the square is completely packed. If you don't have a permit, you can pay on a meter if you are lucky enough to find a space but this works out very expensive, as you pay an hourly or daily rate.

-Spaces in Hastings are often very hard to come by in this location. I'm offering a private space, with guaranteed parking for a very reasonable price. The minimum booking time preferred is one month, however, if you are interested in the space, please do let me know. The space is next available from 20th April 2012.

Note the photo shows the permit parking spaces which as you can see are very popular in this location. The private parking space I'm offering is on my driveway at the rear of the flat, very secure and private.
