I own a safe off road gravel car parking space only a 7 minute tree-lined walk into town in one of GU1's finest roads.

The space is located on the estate of a huge converted Victorian manor house.

Around the corner is the London Road Train Station, Stoke Park, the Spectrum Sports Centre. Access to the A3 is easy to get to and avoids the town centre morning traffic.

The space has been successfully rented out from time to time and is now available. No minimum term.

The rent is for week days but weekends can be negotiated at an extra cost.
