I own a new apartment in a building right beside St Enochs Centre in Glasgow and I'm renting the secure parking space that belongs to the flat. 

Located 25 yards from Argyle Street and 2 min walk from St Enoch's Centre underground station it has perfect access to the heart of the city - ideal for someone that works or visits the city often. 

The space is underground, accessed by remote control entry from your car so no need to get out your car and fiddle with padlocks etc when parking, the space has CCTV cameras on entry and exit and 24/7 access. 

Getting to the space by road you have easy access from Clyde Street from both M8 west and East bound. 

The space is just 10 Yards from the city centre Q Park which I know costs a lot more than my space. 

There are no restrictions on usage in the evening or at weekends with this space. Ideal for a city worker or anyone that lives nearby by that does not have secure parking for their pride and joy. 

The cost for a month is £85. 

A deposit is required for use of the space. This is fully refundable and is returned to you when the electronic fob that opens the shutters is handed back to me at the end of any rental period. The fob is expensive to replace if lost or damaged hence the deposit is taken.
