I live in a close and have 2 parking bays outside my house ,its not shared both spaces are my own .Theres always someone home a very quiet close 10min walk to feltham station,which has direct buses to heathrow which is 15mins away.I have outside lighting and have lived here for 14yrs and never had a problem with cars outside.
