This is a front of house drive way in a quiet location just off the main A32 Fareham to Gosport road. There is a bus stop at the top of the road with frequent buses running to Gosport and at the opposite side of the road with buses travelling to Fareham central. Alders Road is easy to access and exit. Also Alders Road only has extremely light traffic passing through with very few pedestrians. The drive way is concrete, clean and tidy in an extremely safe neighbourhood which has an active community watch program. All residents know each other. Fareham Bus Station and Train Station is approximately 10 minutes walking distance whilst Fareham Marina is literally 5 minutes walking distance. There are two garages literally minutes away and several convenience stores including ASDA, Wickes, Homebase, Lidle, Elliots, Plumbase. In fact all major stores are within walking distance. HMS Collingwood is also approximately 10 minutes walking distance. There are also many business parks which again are within walking distance.
