It is approximately a 12 minute walk to Upminster Railway Station - or you could catch a 248 bus at the top of the road - buses run approxiamtely every 5/6 minutes during peak period.
We are in a safe, quiet, no through road which operates a neighbourhood watch scheme.
I am normally at home during the day and there are a number of elderly neighbours who do tend to watch any comings and goings.

The daily parking rate will be £4.50. Would appreciate payment on a weekly basis in the form of cash or cheque.
