This is a private driveway, located in a quiet, neighbourly cul de sac and directly outside our kitchen window (ie a safe area). There is also usually someone home. It is less than 10 mins walk from Cambridge train station and Parker's Piece coach stop, 5 mins from the Grafton centre and a couple of minutes from Mill Road. It takes about 15 mins to walk into the city centre. The space would be best suited for a small-medium car.
