The private driveway is right outside the kitchen window and on a brand new townhouse cul de sac. The area is quiet and safe, and out of view of public roads. The space is less than 10 mins walk to the station via the footbridge, 15 mins walk into town and 10 mins walk to the Grafton centre. The driveway is seconds from the bus stop on Mill Road which goes to various locations including Addenbrooke's hospital.
The postcode is CB1 3FZ but because it's a new-build this does not yet register on googlemaps. Cavendish Court is the first turn on Cavendish Road off Mill Road.
