Situated a 10min walk from Hackbridge rail station (20min direct to Victoria Stn), with easy proximity to Mitcham Junction tram and Wimbledon, Sutton and Croydon links. Parking space is just outside my living room window. No trouble in this area. We're set off from the main road behind the famous Bed Zed development.
