Less than 1 minute's walk (less than 1/4 mile) from Wallington BR station, I have 1 off-road parking space available behind my house, adjacent to the space owned by my neighbour. The space has a security light and is available 24/7 until further notice. The space is accessed via a short driveway, which is also shared with Metropolitan Police office on Manor Road/Grosvenor Road, which might also add some additional security.

There is a petrol station conveniently just round the corner, as well as a newsagents, florist, fast food place and pub all very close by.
