Parking bay in secure, gated residential parking area. There is an electronic key to open the gates. Easy access to Brixton Tube via a 5 min bus ride down Brixton Hill. Buses leave every 2-3 minutes, otherwise 15 minute walk to the tube. A £80 deposit is required before handover of the electronic key. A receipt will be provided and the deposit is fully refundable on return of the key
