10 Minutes From Earlsfield Station#P7673

I have a private parking space off-street on new gravel area off of driveway which is screened by a hedge from the street. i have exclusive use of the space and it is in front of a residential building. my flat is on the ground floor and faces directly onto the parking space so there is light and activity adjacent to the space in the evening. The space is 10mins walk from Earlsfield station, or alternatively there is a bus stop directly outside from which the 77 bus takes you directly to earlsfield / tooting / clapham stations. It is in a very nice part of Earlsfield and we have not experienced any security problems to date. There are a number of residents in our building and they are all very nice.
