New appartment building directly behind St Enochs Centre - Glasgow.
25 yards from Argyle Street and city centre shopping and St Enoch's Centre underground station.
Remote control entry so no need to get out your car when parking, space has cameras and 24/7 access. Easy access from Clyde Street from both M8 west and East bound. Just 20 Yards from the city centre Q Park which I know costs £160 a month.
No restrictions on usage in the evening or at weekends.
Ideal for a city worker or anyone that lives nearby by does not have secure parking for their pride and joy.
A deposit is required for use of the space. This is fully refundable and is returned to you when the electronic fob is handed back to me at the end of any rental. The fob is expensive to replace if lost or damaged hence the deposit is taken.
