Situated exactly 1 mile from Buchanan Street, those wishing to commute to the city centre and surrounding areas can do so in a variety of quick and hassle-free ways. There is a bus stop right outside the flat (with buses coming every few minutes), St Georges Cross underground can be walked to in under 10 minutes or the city centre is just a 20 minute walk away. The carpark is well lit and safe, and the space has a lockable bollard to secure the space when you are not parked. For long term lets, a £60 deposit required for bollard security key which will be returned at end of lease. Please contact to arrange a viewing.

£15 per week, £55 a month and price for longer term lets can be negotiated.
