I am selling my car, therefore will have a free carpark bay in a secure gated area on the lower ground floor of a new-build set of apartments.

This is a very good location, only a 5-min walk to the Whitgift shopping Centre and 10-mins equal walking distance to both East & West Croydon station. George Street tram stop is a 3-min walk.

Rent will be £80 per calendar month (or nearest offer) and a parking permit will be provided. "Parking Control Management" operate a vehicle immobilisation and removal service and operate on a 24-hour, 7-days a week basis if any vehicle is parked unlawfully.
