The parking is very close to Croydon high street and 5 minutes walk away from Whitgift and Centralle shopping malls. It is on ground floor next to the famous Leon House so it will only be a 10 minutes walk to East Croydon station. The access is through secure gates which can be opened only using a electronic fob. Available immediately.

Rent to be paid in advance with 1 month security deposit. £50 deposit for key fob. Minimum period of 3 months.
Copy of Driver's licence and proof of address is required.
