Anthony Eskinazi, founder of the website, said that the financial return can be very rewarding – especially in popular areas such as near Tube and train stations or sports stadiums. "You can charge anything you like ... we let the market decide – but between £15 and £20 a day for a space close to the Emirates stadium in north London is typical." Read full article ![]()

A Parking Space For Profit
Parkatmyhouse puts space owners and those wanting to rent in contact with one another - the fee and other details are worked out between the two parties. It provides standard contracts and charges space providers a fee equivalent to 10% of their revenue at the end of the month.
Registering and listing your parking space on the site is free. Drivers or parkers looking for a space enter a postcode, city or keyword related to their desired location in the search bar at the top of the page.

Parkatmyhouse.com Review
Parkatmyhouse.com launched in late 2006 and is a great way to save money on your parking needs in the UK. I like this service because it offers you the ability to use online to help you offline. The idea is pretty simple. You might either have a car park space you would like to rent out or you need a car park space. Their search engine works on location keywords or post codes. So why not earn a few extra pounds a month by renting out the space in your driveway while you are away at work? Read full article ![]()

So it’s no surprise that those in the know are abandoning the capital’s car parks to do their own deals with fellow space-owning Londoners.
