Hospital staff, patients and visitors

As a member of staff or regular patient at a hospital, you’ll know the difficulties of parking in and around hospitals. Not only is it costly (hospital-goers in the UK are paying more than £12 million a year to leave their cars in hospital car parks), it’s also limited, especially with resident permit holder bays springing up in the areas around hospitals.

Although the majority of hospitals are well-serviced by public and hospital transport, patients’ impaired mobility and the unrivalled reliability and comfort of a car means that doctors and nurses, and sick and disabled people will continue to get to hospital by private motorised transport and subsequently need somewhere to park.

If you’re a female doctor or nurse working night shifts, book a driveway close to the hospital and save yourself having to park in a dark car park or walk long distances alone.
