Add your business
We have over 100,000 businesses listed on ParkatmyHouse.com ranging from cricket stadiums to B&B’s to petrol stations. We want to grow this database by including all businesses within the UK. If you own or know of a business which does not have a listing then please add it to our database.

Upload a photo with your parking space listing
Sometimes it is nice to see where you’ll be parking your car before you get there. Starting from 31st January you can now add a photo to your parking space listing. You can see an example of this by viewing this available parking space near Carshalton Station.

It’s now two days after we launched our new version of the site. It’s just after 6pm and like yesterday, today has been nuts. Great but nuts. The phone has been ringing every 5 minutes and it’s a journalist from one of the regional newspapers we contacted or a local radio station that picked up the release and wanted to do either a live or a recorded interview.
At the same time as juggling the calls, Ant and I have been responding to e-mails from journalists left, right and centre. I was quite relieved when it got to 5:30pm and I knew it was the end of the working day.
Prolonged adrenalin rush is one way of describing the past couple of days.

Finally, the revamped site has gone live and the first batch of press releases has gone out the door!
For the past three months, Ant and I have propped up the coffee industry, had more dreams about meters and wardens than we’d care to let on and been living in a twilight zone somewhere between cyberspace and Spaghetti Junction. Ant is talking in programming riddles and I have press releases coming out of my ears.
I am utterly exhausted, as is Ant. In a funny way, I don’t actually feel tired – I think I’ve gone past the sleep stage and am in some kind of automatic mode. But it’s quite clear from the way I look that I’m not what you’d call fresh as a daisy right now. No doubt it will all hit over the next few days and until then, I think I’ll just stay indoors and hide.
Ant and I love the new site – we think it’s warm and friendly and easy-to-use. Parking is such a grey, boring and functional thing. We want to brighten it up and make parking less of a drudge. An unusual cause to dedicate ourselves to, not one that most people would choose but a cause nonetheless.
