Arrival Procedures
A uniformed member of staff will meet you at your departure terminal and park your vehicle for you in a secure compound for the duration of your booking. All Q-Park staff are fully insured in driving your vehicle. Please telephone 0161 436 3691 twenty-four hours after confirming your booking, and at least 10 minutes prior to arriving at the airport to receive further instructions on where to meet your chauffeur. Your driver will be wearing a red Q-Park jacket with nametag and carrying a black brief case, and will be looking out for your vehicle.
Transfers
No transfers are required as you are met at your departure and arrival terminals.
Departure Procedures
Upon you arrival you will be presented with a unique receipt when you check-in your vehicle with a Q-Park member of staff. This will include full details of your departure procedures and collection of your vehicle.
Security Measures
The parking compound has CCTV and razor wire fencing around the perimeter with a twenty-four hour security presence. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Insurance
Your vehicle is fully insured to driven by a Q-Park member of staff and for theft or damage whilst in storage at the Q-Park compound. Please note that any items left in the vehicle are not covered by the insurance provided by the car park for any instances of loss or damage.
