Introduction
Purple Parking is a secured off-airport car park serving Heathrow Airport. Transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week serving all Terminals. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Information
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Check in time
We recommend you arrive at the car park at least 45 minutes before your check in to allow time to park and be transferred to the airport.

Arrival Procedures
On arrival you should park outside the reception area and check in. Present your printed confirmation or quote your booking reference, and hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you board the FREE transfer to the terminal.

Transfers
Transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to and from all 4 terminals every 10 to 15 minutes. Please bear in mind that there is a reduced service between 00:00 and 04:00.

Departure Procedures
On return from your holiday, once you have cleared customs, simply call Purple Parking on the free phone number given to you on check-in, make your way to the designated bus stand and the transfer bus will be along asap in order to return you to the car park.

Security Measures
Purple Parking are holders of the Secured Car Parks Award, initiated by the Association of Chief Police Officers.

Insurance
Parking is at owner's own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual car park.
