Introduction
CPS Personal Parking will save you time and hassle! The chauffeur will meet you at the terminal and will then drive your car to a secure car park. When your return from your holiday, the chauffeur will meet you at the terminal with your car ready for you to drive off. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Information
CPS no longer charge any out of hour supplements. Limited times may be available on certain bank holidays, CPS will confirm these on re-confirmation. You must call CPS on 08704 11 11 18 to reconfirm details between half an hour after making the booking and a minimum of 24 hours before your day of departure. (The best time to re-confirm is 06:00 - 22:00 Mon-Fri, unless your booking is imminent). The information they require is: name, Holiday Extras booking reference, car details, flight numbers and times, and terminal of departure. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the Manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the car parks Terms and Conditions. First outbound at 04.45 on a daily basis. Customer will not be met before this time. Please note there are limited christmas working hours at Heathrow CPS: 24th December 07 - Last outbound and/or inbound at 18.00 25th December 07 - First outbound and/or inbound at 06.00 + Last outbound and/or inbound at 12.00 26th December 07 - First outbound and/or inbound at 07.00 31st December 07 - Last outbound and/or inbound at 18:00 01 January 08 - First outbound and/or inbound at 08:00 If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
Arrival Procedures
You must call CPS on 08704 11 11 18 to reconfirm details between half an hour after making the booking and a minimum of 24 hours before your day of departure. On the day of departure, drive to your departure terminal where the uniformed Chauffeur is waiting to take your car to the car park.
Transfers
Your car is collected and returned to the airport terminal. You are met at the departure terminal.
Departure Procedures
The car is waiting at the terminal for you on your return.
Security Measures
The storage sites used are fully fenced & floodlit with 24 hour patrols and CCTV.
Insurance
Chauffeurs are comprehensively insured to drive your car. Cars are stored at on airport long term parking, subject to their terms and conditions.
