Introduction
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Information
Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
Arrival Procedures
On entry follow signs to Arrivals. Park, unload luggage and proceed to reception, where you leave your keys and voucher, receive a receipt for your vehicle before boarding the courtesy coach to the terminal.
Transfers
Courtesy transfer coach runs every 10-12 minutes, Takes just 10-15 minutes depentdant upon drop-off terminal. They run 365 days of the year and 24hrs a day. For transfers from the Airport, Coaches are located outside the terminals on the ground floor. Check the bus information panel on your vehicle reciept.
Departure Procedures
On your return to the car park, got to reception with your receipt received on entry and exchange this for your keys. Your car will be parked in a bay close to reception.
Security Measures
Car park manned 24hrs, frequently patrolled and enclosed by security fencing. Insurance: the car park indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on its part and reported prior to leaving the site.

From M25 - exit at J15 onto the M4 in direction of london. Exit M4 at J3 following signs for A312 Heathrow and Feltham. Continue along the A312 for appox 1.2 miles until reaching the Waggoners roundabout. Take the 3rd exit signposted Heathrow A4. Continue along the A4 (Bath Road) for appoximately 0.6 miles, through 3 sets of traffic lights, and Courtlands Parking is situated on the eft immediately after Bunzl offices.
Approx 10-15 minutes dependant upon drop-off terminal.
