Introduction
Located in Heathrow Business Parking area, Business Parking (Pink Elephant) is just 1 mile from the terminals, with transfers only taking 4-8 minutes. The frequent transfers run every few minutes to ensure you reach the terminals swiftly. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Information
Terminal 4 bookings are not available at this car park. Due to size/security reasons, panel sided vans and minibuses are not accepted by law. Please also note that your booking cannot be amended within 1 day of your arrival. This car park is co-branded Pink Elephant. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Check in time
We recommend you arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your check in to allow time to park and be transferred to the Airport.

Arrival Procedures
On arrival take a ticket from the barrier, and park in the designated area. Go to the nearest bus stop for a transfer to the airport. For transfers before 05.30 or after 22.30 please report to the office. You keep your keys with you through-out the duration of your stay.

Transfers
A FREE shuttle operates every few minutes to terminals 1, 2 & 3 from 05.30-22.30, outside these hours transfers are on request. Transfers from the terminal depart from outside arrivals at the Business Parking bus stops.

Departure Procedures
Drive to the manned exit point and exchange your printed voucher (or quote your booking reference) and entry ticket for an exit ticket. If you require a transfer from the terminal outside the normal hours please call the car park direct on 0208 564 8811.

Security Measures
Business Parking is manned 24 hours a day, with security fencing, lighting, CCTV and frequent security patrols.

Insurance
Parking is at owner's own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of the car park.

On site help vehicles provide free battery re-charges.
