Introduction
Aardvark Meet and Greet is ideal for leisure passengers travelling with lots of luggage or with children. Itâs great value for money if youâre going to be away for 8 days or more.
Information
There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain Bank Holidays, Aardvark will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the Manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the storage area Terms and Conditions. First outbound at 05.00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time. Please note there are limited Christmas working hours at Aarvark: 24th December 07 - Last outbound and/or inbound at 18.00; 25th December 07 - First outbound and/or inbound at 06.00 + Last outbound and/or inbound at 12.00; 26th December 07 - First outbound and/or inbound at 07.00. 31st December 07 - Last outbound and/or inbound at 18:00; 01 January 08 - First outbound and/or inbound at 08:00
Arrival Procedures
Prior to your arrival, call Aardvark on 0870 111 4400 Mon-Fri between 06:00 and 22:00 hrs to reconfirm your details at least 24 hours before the date of departure. Be sure to allow half an hour after making your booking before calling. Please have the following information ready: Your name, Holiday Extras booking reference, Car details, Flight numbers and times and Terminal. On the day of departure, drive directly to your departing terminal where the driver will be waiting to collect your car.
Transfers
2 â 5 minute walk to check-in.
Departure Procedures
On your return, call Aardvark on 0870 111 4400 from the baggage reclaim hall. They will retrieve your car from the storage area and it will be waiting for you on the departures forecourt.
Security Measures
The storage site is fully fenced and floodlit, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV.
