Introduction
Courtlands is the closest off-airport car park to Gatwick. It provides a speedy transfer to the airport - aided by a private road linking it to the airport. Free transfers run every 20 minutes on a 24 hour basis to the South Terminal all year and the North Terminal in November to February . This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Information
Please note that in the period January to October, Gatwick Courtlands ONLY runs transfers to the South, and NOT the North Terminal. Transfers to the North Terminal will be operational between 1st November - 13th December '07, if you are returning after the 13th December the Summer Special North product will be available. Please also note that your booking cannot be amended within 1 day of your arrival. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Check in time
We recommend you arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your check in to allow time to park and be transfered to the Airport.

Arrival Procedures
Park in the arrivals area. Check-in at reception, hand-in your confirmation email (or quote your booking reference) along with your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you transfer to the terminal.

Transfers
Transfers run every 20 minutes, 24hrs a day, taking just 5-10 minutes to the South terminal only from March to October and both from 1st November to 13th December '07, if you are returning after the 13th December, the Summer Special North product will be available. Exclusive to BAA car parks - you are delivered direct to the upper forecourt ready for your departure and picked up again from the upper forecourt on your arrival. This ensures easy access to check in on departure and swift access to transfers on your return. (Only applicable for the South terminal.)

Departure Procedures
Call Courtlands on the number given to you at check-in, for your transfer back to the car park. Transfer buses will now pick up passengers from the South Terminal on the UPPER forecourt. For a transfer from the North Terminal, go to the lower level and go out of the entrance and turn left and go to the courtesy coach pick-up point. Go to reception and hand in voucher given to you on arrival to exchange for car keys. Your car will be waiting for you in the reception area.

Security Measures
Holders of the Secured Car Parks Award, initiated by the Association of Chief Police Officers, protected by security fencing, floodlights, remote cameras and regular patrols by staff.

Insurance
Offers free cover for damage resulting from any act or omission on part of its servants or agents.
