Arrival Procedures
The driver will be at the meeting point at your designated meeting time, and will wait for up to 15 minutes after the meeting time unless you have phoned the car park in advance of arrival, in which case the driver will be paged and if possible may wait longer. Please note that on meet for departure the driver will be required to complete a Vehicle Inspection report that identifies any damage or marks on your vehicle and you will be asked to sign the report. Should you fail to leave adequate time to complete this process the car park/Holiday Extras cannot be held responsible for any claims in respect of damage to your vehicle that has not been recorded within the report.
Transfers
No transfers will be required as you are met at both ends of your journey at your airport terminal.
Departure Procedures
You will have been given instructions when you met the driver on your outbound departure. If you lose these instructions after your departure call Freephone 0800 281 701 when you are ready to leave the terminal and ask for instructions of where to meet the driver.
Security Measures
The compound of which your car is stored has twenty four hour security with CCTV, regular patrols and full security barriers. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Insurance
The drivers are comprehsively insured to drive your vehicle whilst in transit and in storage. Any claims for damage cannot be considered after your vehicle has been returned to you if you do not report this on collection.

South Terminal â follow the signs for Flight Arrivals to the lower forecourt area and proceed to the far end past the traffic lights using the right & left hand bays. The driver will be wearing a Q-Park cap and carrying a Q-Park clipboard. North Terminal â follow the signs for Flight Departures to the upper Forecourt area. You will be met at the â cars onlyâ lane as signposted. The driver will be wearing a Q-Park cap and carrying a Q-Park clipboard.
You are met at your departure terminal building. Your vehicle will be stored in a secure compound five miles from the airport.
The car park is open twenty four hours a day.
