Introduction
Gatwick Airparks Services is a secured off-airport car park serving Gatwick Airport. It operates free transfers to and from both North and South Terminals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Information
Please note the car park cannot accept lorries,mobile homes, caravans, minibuses or high sided vehicles. In addition please note that surf boards, canoes and bikes cannot be carried on the transfer buses.

Check in time
We recommend you should allow 30 minutes for check in and transfer to the Airport terminals.

Arrival Procedures
Park in one of the marked bays and report to reception. Present your printed email confirmation, voucher or quote your booking reference number then hand in your car keys. You can then board the free transfer bus to the terminals. Please allow 30 minutes for check in and transfer to the Airport. While you are away your car will be moved to a secured storage area.

Transfers
Transfers operate 24 hours. You should allow as least 30 minutes for check in at the car park and transfers to your terminal.

Departure Procedures
On return from your holiday, a free transfer bus will collect you and transfer you back to Airparks Services where your car will be ready for you.

Security Measures
Airparks Services at Lowfield Heath is a fenced and floodlit site with 24 hour patrols and CCTV. Cars will be moved for storage to other secured sites.

Insurance
All cars parked or stored with Airparks Services will be on a proven direct negligence basis. Any loss or damage claims for vehicles must be made prior to the vehicle being handed over by Airparks Services. All vehicles will only be driven by qualified drivers and under Airparks specialist road risk insurance. Parking is at owner's own risk subject to printed terms and conditions.

  • Directions:Leave the M23 at Junction 9 signposted Gatwick Airport and follow signs for the Airport. At the South terminal roundabout go straight on following signs for North Terminal. At the next roundabout, the North Terminal roundabout, take the 4th exit signposted Crawley/Redhill. At the next roundabout, the Longbridge roundabout, go all the way round doubling back on yourself onto the A23 dual carrigeway towards Brighton/Crawley. Follow the A23( do not take the left spur), under the South terminal building and over the 1st roundabout following signs for Gatwick Brighton and Crawley . At the second roundabout stay on the A23 following signs for East Grinsted, Horsham and Brighton. Keep in the left hand lane and moderate your speed as the Airparks Services entrance is just 100 yards on the left after this second roundabout.
