Introduction
ACE Meet and Greet parking is a personal parking service operating from a secured compound close to Gatwick Airport, saving you the time and inconvenience of transferring to and from a long term car park facility.
Information
Once you have booked please call ACE Meet and Greet Parking on 0871 900 2175 24 hours after the booking has been made, to confirm details, and provide ACE with flight details and mobile numbers. IMPORTANT please call between 9.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and between 11am and 1pm Saturday, closed on Sundays. Please note that the car park does not accept arrivals or departures on 25,26,31 December & 1st January . Please also note that you booking cannot be amended within 2 days of your arrival.
Arrival Procedures
Please call ACE meet and Greet parking on 07818 062875 or 07795 566133 20 minutes before arrival at your terminal destination to reconfirm your arrival time in case you are arriving earlier or later than booked. You will be met by an ACE representative at Gatwick North or South terminal. Staff wearing pink shirts will check your car, collect your email booking confirmation and take the keys, leaving you free to continue into the check in area of the terminal building. Your vehicle will be driven to a secure compound and stored until your return.
Transfers
No Transfers are required. Once your car is picked up you can proceed direct to check in.
Departure Procedures
On entering baggage re-claim please call 07818-062875 or 07795-566133 which will enable ACE meet and greet to return your car to you when you arrive at the pick up point.
Security Measures
Full perimeter fence with additional fencing surrounding all vehicles. Floodlighting and 24 hour full time security patrols.
Insurance
Drivers are fully insured to drive customers cars.

You will be met at either North or South Terminal as specified in your booking. Follow the directions below to meet your driver. SOUTH TERMNAL:On approach to the South Terminal, please stay to the right hand lane and stay on the ground floor of the South Terminal. Please proceed to the end of the tunnel where on the left hand side are courtesy stops 11 & 12. Situated to the right of this is a waiting area where an ACE representive wearing a pink shirt will be waiting to collect your car. NORTH TERMINAL: On approach to the North Terminal, staying on the lower level at all times, please take the far right hand lane marked cars only, please proceed to the end of the lane where you will find a glass Car Rentals building and on the left hand side will be a waiting area where your ACE representive wearing a pink shirt will be waiting to collect your vehicle. Please call ACE MEET & GREET PARKING on 07818-062875 or 07795-566133 20 minutes before arrival to your terminal destination, where on arrival you will be met by an ACE representative wearing a pink shirt.
