Information
Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Arrival Procedures
On entry, take a ticket from the barrier and park. Make a note of zone and nearest bus stop.

Transfers
Courtesy coaches available 24hrs a day 365 days a year. Running every 7-10 minutes taking just 4-5 minutes to the terminal. For transfers form the airport follow signs for buses. Courtesy coaches are located in front of the terminal at the airport Car Rental and Car parks stop at stand 4. Between 10pm and 6am, please use courtesy phone by bus stop or call 0870 850 0231.

Departure Procedures
On exit, present your ticket at the customer service office located near the exit and quote your booking reference number.

Security Measures
Car park is manned 24hrs, frequently patrolled and enclosed by security fencing. Comprehensive CCTV in place. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Insurance
Car Park indemnifies customers for damage resulting from any proven act or negligence on part of its servants or agents, otherwise parking is at owners own risk.
