Introduction
Save time and hassle when you book a Chauffeur Parking Service. The chauffeur will meet you at the terminal and will then drive your car to a secured car park. When you return from your holiday, the chauffeur will meet you at the terminal with your car ready for you to drive off. It is an ideal way to take the stress out of travelling and to avoid worrying delays. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Information
CPS are unable to accept mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or high-sided vehicles at Birmingham. Please note there are limited christmas working hours at BHX CPS: 24th December 07 - Last outbound and/or inbound at 18.00 25th December 07 - Last outbound and/or inbound at 12.00 31st December 07 - Last outbound and/or inbound at 18:00 01 January 08 - First outbound and/or inbound at 06:00 Please call 01883 340089 from outside the UK if you have any problems whilst on your holiday. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Arrival Procedures
Terminals 1 & 2 -Please call 07970 906031 ten minutes before you arrive at the airport. Drive to the Rapid Drop Off Short Stay car park. Take the 3rd entrance and park by the shelter.

Transfers
Your car is collected and returned to the airport terminal. You are met at the departure terminal.

Departure Procedures
After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, call 07970 906031. Return to the Rapid Drop Off by the shelters at the entrance to collect your car.

Security Measures
Cars are stored at Airparks Services, which is a fully fenced floodlit site with 24 hour patrols and CCTV.

Insurance
Chauffeurs are comprehensively insured to drive your car. Cars are stored at Airparks Services, subject to their terms and conditions. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the Manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with clause 6 of our Terms and Conditions.
