Introduction
Birmingham Airparks Services is a secured off-airport car park serving Birmingham Airport. It operates FREE transfers to and from the Airport Terminal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Information
Please note this car park cannot accept minibuses or high sided vehicles. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Check in time
We recommend you should allow 40 minutes for check-in and transfer to the airport.

Arrival Procedures
On arrival park in one of the marked bays and report to reception. Present your printed confirmation or quote your booking reference and then hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you board the FREE transfer bus to the terminal. Your car will be checked by our staff and timed digital photographs will be taken of any marks or damage.

Transfers
Transfers operate 24 hours. You should normally allow 40 minutes to check in and transfer to the Airport. During the morning and afternoon busy periods you should allow more time to compensate for traffic delays. Departure Procedures
On return from your holiday, once you have cleared customs, simply call Airparks Services on the FREE phone number provided at check-in, a FREE transfer bus will then collect you and transfer you back to Airparks Services where your car will ready for you. At reception hand in the documentation given to you on arrival.

Fenced and floodlit site, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV. ISO 9001 standard of quality assurance. Holders of the Park Mark Award from the Association of Chief Police Officers.

Insurance
Parking is always at the vehicle owners' own risk.
