Introduction
Birmingham Airparks is a secured off-airport car park serving Birmingham Airport. It operates transfers to and from the Airport Terminal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle. Airparks also holds ISO 9001, which is the internationally recognised standard for an organisations internal Quality Management. An organisations "Quality Management" refers to an organisations actions to ensure that its services satisfy customers' quality requirements and comply with any regualtions applicable to those services.

Information
Please note this car park cannot accept minibuses or high sided vehicles and Airparks are unable to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects which do not fit onto luggage racks on their buses.SPECIAL OFFER: On arrival at Airparks you will be offered a superb new service. You can have your car delivered back to the Airport Terminal on your return from Holiday, speeding you on your way home. The service is subject to availability and the fee is payable direct to the car park on arrival. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Check in time
We recommend you should allow 40 minutes for check-in and transfer to the airport.

Arrival Procedures
On arrival park in one of the marked bays and report to reception. Present your printed confirmation or quote your booking reference and then hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you board our transfer bus to the terminal. Your car will be checked by our staff and timed digital photographs will be taken of any marks or damage.

Transfers
Transfers operate 24 hours. You should normally allow 40 minutes to check in and transfer to the Airport. During the morning and afternoon busy periods you should allow more time to compensate for traffic delays. Additional time may be needed should a major exhibition be on at the National Exhibition Centre. If you are concerned you can check on www.necgroup.co.uk

Departure Procedures
On return, simply wait where you were dropped off and our regular bus service will transfer you back to the car park.

Fenced and floodlit site, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV. ISO 9001 standard of quality assurance. Holders of the Park Mark Award from the Association of Chief Police Officers.

Insurance
Parking is always at the vehicle owners' own risk.
